MINI

Hama Mini beads are our smallest beads, measuring only 2.5 mm in diameter. This size is suitable for children aged 10 and above. Many adults also enjoy using Mini beads instead of cross-stitch embroidery.

Due to the small size of the bead, intricate designs can be created. Patience is required for this craft.

MIDI

Hama Midi beads have a diameter of 5.0 mm and can be used in two different ways: they can be fused together with an iron or sewn to create finished designs.

The ironing method is probably the one you are most familiar with. The beads are placed on a pegboard, and then they are ironed (remember to let an adult do it) until they melt and fuse together.

Additionally, the beads can be sewn together to create beautiful designs.

MAXI

Maxi beads are designed for the youngest children who haven’t yet developed the motor skills necessary to handle beads in our other systems.

The large beads, with a diameter of 10 mm, are easy to place on the pegboard for little fingers, and they can be ironed once the design is complete. Maxi beads are part of the ironing system in this way.
